Better Navigation

Icons have been introduced to remove clutter and a  horizontal viewing pane has been implemented to give you more work space.  When clicking on a navigation icon, the viewing pane is cached to allow faster switching.

Multi-tab approach

Users are able to work more efficiently with multiple tabs much like a modern browser.  Agents are able to view existing tickets and create new tickets at the same time.

Filterable Columns

Columns can now be filtered and resized.   The main toolbar can be hidden and adhoc searches can be performed by just using the column filters.

HTML 5 Reports

Additional modules like Java or Silverlight no longer needs to be installed.  All reports have been standardized using HTML 5.

Themes

Customizable themes have been added for your preference.  Expect more themes to be included in the near future.

ServiceWise Mobile App

A new mobile app has been designed for agents to access ServiceWise in the field.    The app offers access to all major views and key functionalities like creating, viewing, searching, and deleting.
