TechExcel Wireless Web provides full and interactive access to all of your sales, support, and marketing processes. Support engineers, field service technicians, sales people, and customers can access TechExcel CustomerWise and ServiceWise functions from anywhere at any time using supported mobile devices.

TechExcel Wireless Web provides the ability to open, close, update, and forward incidents and opportunities from anywhere while all data is synchronized with the central database. Users may also use the mobile portal to engage in web conversations remotely. Best of all, customizations and configurations completed in the primary TechExcel Service Suite application are automatically reflected in the wireless portal.
