AccuRev Integration

DevTrack/AccuRev Integration links DevTrack issues with AccuRev change packages or dispatch issues and enables DevTrack and AccuRev to work together seamlessly to deliver a more complete software development solution.

Some of the DevTrack/ AccuRev integration benefits are listed below:

• From DevTrack you can view all the AccuRev change package data and related files for any DevTrack issue. From within AccuRev, you can see DevTrack issues as AccuRev dispatch issues. When you update any AccuRev dispatch issue data, the changes will be available to DevTrack seamlessly, and vice versa.
• It provides a very simple and intuitive interface. DevTrack/ AccuRev Integration does not require the installation of any other third party modules, and does not require any programming. By simple point-and-click administration, you can set up the integration environment from within DevTrack Admin and make the integration work in a very short period of time.
  DevTrack/AccuRev Integration can synchronize data between DevTrack and AccuRev automatically via the sync service.
• The AccuRev Sync Service synchronizes data between DevTrack issues and AccuRev dispatch issues automatically at a configurable time interval. It creates corresponding AccuRev dispatch issues for new DevTrack issues with trigger status, and vice versa. It also replicates the DevTrack issue changes to the corresponding AccuRev dispatch issue if the current DevTrack issue is at a trigger status and the current AccuRev dispatch issue status does not reject synchronization from DevTrack, and vice versa. If it finds a DevTrack issue has been deleted, it can delete the linked AccuRev dispatch issue. It will not try to delete a DevTrack issue if its linked AccuRev dispatch issue is deleted.
