Dr. Zhou is an expert in the growing field of Knowledge-centric Application Lifecycle Management for distributed development teams and uniting service and support with development. His vision is to bring order to the underlying chaos of software design planning and implementation. TechExcel's ALM solutions have been designed specifically to manage every aspect of the software lifecycle, from concept to delivery. His doctoral work focused on laboratory automation, conceptual modeling, robotics, and artificial intelligence. Zhou received his Master's degree in Computer Science and his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Kansas State University.

James Zhou is one of the rare individuals who can truly unite business processes and product management techniques. He has led teams to successfully implement company configuration management process for product requirements and specifications, source code development, quality assurance, and product release engineering. Zhou has 15 years experiences in product specification and design, application development, and product release management. Prior to joining TechExcel, Zhou was lead software engineer for the Service Information Systems Division of Caterpillar, Inc. and as senior software engineer at Synon, now Computer Associates. Zhou received his master's degree in computing and information science from Kansas State University.

Jeff Johnstone brings 16 years of high tech experience to TechExcel and is an advocate for Knowledge-centric Application Lifecycle Management. His attention to detail has enabled the companies he works with to thrive and triple their revenue in many cases. He brings experience in a variety of industries including multi-media service delivery, for-market software and customer information systems, Previous companies include Dazzle Multimedia, Cornerstone Imaging and Visioneer. Johnstone holds a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley and a masters degree in marketing management from Santa Clara University.

Richard Zhu has 15 years experience in system engineering, software design and engineering, business development and management. Prior to obtaining his master's degree in system engineering from Kansas State University, Zhu was the youngest department head at one of the largest leisure companies in China. After a successful run at Computer Associates where he lead international development teams in Japan, France and Germany, Zhu joined TechExcel at its earliest stage to assist in product design and development, as well as cultivate early-stage customers. As director of customer support and services, Zhu is responsible for managing the global technical support and professional services teams, providing guidance to service / support engineers, coordinating with other internal departments and building relationships with customers. Zhu holds a bachelor's master's degree in system engineering from Kansas State University.
